We use USPS International First Class to deliver the product.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 15-35 days (Mon to Fri).

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

 Ici-Choix is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing the order. If for some reason we mistakenly sent an order to the wrong destination, we take full responsibility to resend the order at no additional charge but it usually happens very rarely since our shipping system automatically catches provided shipping address by the customer.
