Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at the Centerbit online store. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your items before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the items received, we can easily arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to return or exchange the purchased items within 30 days (opened, new, and unused) with a receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from www.centerbitco.com, and you will pay for the item to be delivered to us. No order cancellation after the order was shipped. Customers can request a full refund or resend a new item if the order has not arrived after 45 business days in the USA and after 50 business days in Canada, New Zealand, or European Union countries, which will be a sign of a lost order.
In case the customer made the wrong order due to his/her fault, he/she is completely responsible for returning the item (for exchange or refund) back to the provided return address (per request info@centerbitco.com).
) for their own expenses. The customer pays the return shipping fee in both ways (returning and sending a new item). A return tracking number is required for return confirmation. As soon as the return is received, we will notify the customer and process the exchange or refund.

Process of Return/Refund
The refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received back in the provided account. A refund will be made once your return is received and inspected: we will send an email to the email address provided at checkout to notify you. We can only offer a refund if you contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Make sure that your items are returned unused in their original packaging with the attached proof of purchase. We only accept returns that follow our policies; otherwise, they will be returned to you.
The Centerbit online store will reimburse you in the following cases to protect all customers and ensure fair handling of returns and exchanges:
- The wrong item was obtained in terms of color, size or model (picture proof is required).
- Defective or damaged (picture proof required)
In this case, please contact us within 5 days to get our return address and prepaid shipping label. We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
